Welcome to Sevtap Winery, where handcrafted wines, thoughtful hospitality, and a passion for sustainable winemaking come together.
For more than two decades, we’ve been producing small-lot wines inspired by the great wine regions of the world while staying true to the character of Santa Barbara County. As our journey continues, we’re expanding to Mallorca, Spain, combining California craftsmanship with Mediterranean tradition.

MEET THE WINEMAKER
My name is Ertuğrul Sevtap, and I’ve dedicated my life to wine.
After beginning my culinary career in New Orleans, my passion for food naturally led me into winemaking. Since founding Sevtap Winery in 2009, I’ve focused on producing elegant, food-friendly wines using organic farming principles and minimal intervention in the cellar.
Today, that passion has grown beyond California as I begin establishing a second winery in Mallorca, Spain—bringing together two remarkable wine regions under one vision.
Every bottle reflects a commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and sharing unforgettable experiences around the table.
